Massari Beauty Lounge Policies

At Massari Beauty Lounge, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Massari Beauty Lounge experience.

They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

All services and products are non refundable.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please make any necessary changes 24 hours prior your appointment time. 

Please do not apply lotions, oils, deodorant, fragrances, etc. to the skin on the areas to be sugared prior to your service.

Please let your esthetician know if you have any allergies, medications, sensitivities and/or conditions prior to receiving your service.

Please check with your dermatologist/physician about medication interactions and/or contraindications prior to a service.

Facial sugaring will NOT be performed on persons taking Retinols, Retin-A, Renova, Differin or any other skin thinning prescription.

You must wait 3 months after completing the prescription treatment to be sugared.

I further agree that I will not hold Massari Beauty Lounge or any of its employees responsible should there be any unfavorable outcome or result. 
I understand it is my responsibility to update my technician of any new medications or health problems.
